Before going to discuss about other disease, I feel its
better to discuss about sleep. Because sleep plays very important role in
health. Actually many say that sleep is a double edged sward! If you sleep more
that is a problem, if you sleep less that is another problem. And many want to
know what normal sleep time is. Many health advisors say it is 6 to 8 hours. So
